What was Judas Thinking?
(Matthew 26:8-9)
"But when the disciples saw it, they had indignation, saying, To what purpose is this waste? For this ointment might have been sold for much, and given to the poor..."
"...For ye have the poor always with you"

Judas; Paradise Lost (Matthew 26:14-16)
[Judas’ words to the Jewish Chief Priests and
Pharisees before his betrayal of Christ]
———————————
In my sleep I can still hear
The winds of memory
Feet snapping twigs and crushing leaves
Visions of two trees
Life and death death and Life
Parallel lines intersecting
My eyes and hands equivocate
Reaching
I hear it in the streets of Galilee
In the cries of the weak
The diseased, the leprous, the
Treasonous
The screams of the damned
Are cacophonous
This man is no Savior
Our
Paradise is already lost
