The 18th Proverb

(October 21, 2003 11:59PM) To my future wife, wherever you are
tonight...

-----------------------------------
As I Wait For You: To My Future Wife [Proverbs 18:22; Ephesians 5:25;
1 Peter 3:7; Colossians 3:19] (MAN I CANT WAIT ANY LONGER!)
------------------------------------
The love I have for you
Is preternatural

It is a
Ravaging fire
Consuming all selfishness
With obstinate flames
Of service
Of dedication

It is a
Tumultuous, tempestuous storm
Capsizing all thoughts
Of impropriety and infidelity
Flooding the malcontent heart
Of the wayward woman
Utterly drowning her
Wicked ambitions

It is
All I have this night
When the cold wind blows...
When I count the stars
Enumerating the ways in which
I adore you
