+-----Sweet Queen Of My Apocalypse
Taylor the world
as we both know it
is ending, my lonely life
as a diseased earth begging
for an apocalypse of decay.
The rejection by girls I formerly
loved like seven trumpets blown,
seven angels forming the tightest
phalanx with the most severe
expressions and drawn stoic
eyes. I don’t want to mention the
plagues of emotions they unleashed,
how my land of expectation was burnt,
how my sea of confidence turned
to blood,
at night on my pillow the weeping
of multitudes, gnashing of teeth
of nations. Oh baby, wont you
date with me, just once?
You would be apotheosized in mid air,
clothed with the sun of my adulation,
the moon of my unbridled joy
under your feet. Over coffee, I
would stroke your blonde hair to
the side of your face, my kiss
on your head a crown of twelve stars.
My heart's Queen of second
chances pregnant with opportunity-
the hope of us falling in love would be
a Heaven borne son that “will rule
all the nations with an iron scepter.”
Our shared smiles as the Revelation
of Taylor dating Tony
in the New Age.
-----Revelation 12:1-8
A great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head. She was pregnant and cried out in pain as she was about to give birth. Then another sign appeared in heaven: an enormous red dragon with seven heads and ten horns and seven crowns on its heads. Its tail swept a third of the stars out of the sky and flung them to the earth. The dragon stood in front of the woman who was about to give birth, so that it might devour her child the moment he was born. She gave birth to a son, a male child, who “will rule all the nations with an iron scepter.” And her child was snatched up to God and to his throne. The woman fled into the wilderness to a place prepared for her by God, where she might be taken care of for 1,260 days. Then war broke out in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. But he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven.
