+-----Kirk Cousins Faithful and True

The NFL by now is
a wasteland. Pestilence, famine
and earthquakes have laid
claim to the fallen, 16 exacting
games like seven seals of
condemnation opened to
judge the damned: angels of Roger
Goodell purging a league defiled
by those unworthy of the post season.
11 moaning teams that barely remain
have stitched together tourniquets to
arrest their suffering, losses in
the regular season as wounds,
their playoff births like cloth bandages
of falsified hope, clothing ransacked
from other teams’ stiff and dead
dreams, eyes still open. And their deluded
QBs wax quixotic on blighted earth
about salvation for franchises, resurrection
as a Lombardy trophy for the peoples.
But behold a presage! A warrior, Faithful
and True, riding a white horse, bucking
destrier, robe dipped in blood, his eyes
forever flaming. Diadems of completion
percentages embellish his helmet-
crown as he rides on Washington DC’s
football fury like grapes of wrath.
Only true Redskins fans know his
name (Captain Kirk), and that he has
come to hasten the new Heaven by
calamitous gridiron force. Aaron Rodgers,
Cam Newton, Tom Brady are the Satan,
his Beast, and the AntiChrist that dare to
resist him; The Burgundy and Gold's 4th
Superbowl Ring...Eden Restored.
But they 'll all lose. #HTTR

-----Revelation 19:11-16
Then I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse! The one sitting on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he judges and makes war. His eyes are like a flame of fire, and on his head are many diadems, and he has a name written that no one knows but himself. He is clothed in a robe dipped in blood, and the name by which he is called is The Word of God. And the armies of heaven, arrayed in fine linen, white and pure, were following him on white horses. From his mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations, and he will rule them with a rod of iron. He will tread the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty. On his robe and on his thigh he has a name written, King of kings and Lord of lords
