Peruse back a few months of my postings, and you will see this is the same one who had me so smitten with her that I crashed my car the next day!!! Man! What could this all mean? Dont worry, I gotz lotz to write bout that Epiphany Party and my girl KateY, but suffer with me through dis one, fam! Why Bianca dont love me back, yall?????

-----------/Bianca, Your Face In A Dream

Bianca, baby when you left DC for out West somewhere:
a people left walking on hot sands beneath
the sweltering scorching summer sun whereas sandals
of consolation
were rendered silly begging redress
I left Egypt of my despairing over rejection by hot babes chasing
after dreams of milk and honey - your love and your smile
but you distanced yourself from your people, your tent of meeting
inaccessible
far removed from my voice, expectations of receiving a kiss
but constrained to worship face towards the ground
reaching toward your memory in a pillar of cloud
lips quivering crying for joy at the miraculous attraction I had for you
the Red Sea parting the theology on tap series
Pharaoh of pessimism on the opposite shore groaning: me falling for you
I just want to talk to you
again
bask in your dark features again, batting your eyes
and I know of a woman's right to choose to show mercy on whom
she will show mercy and grace on those she confers grace
but only visit DC again soon - the cleft of a rock
passing by disallowed to see your face, let me watch the license plate
(if I have found your favor)
of your car driving away at least
my settled Glory....the Most High granting souls' rest

------------/Exodus 33:14-23
And he said, "My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest." And he said to him, "If your presence will not go with me, do not bring us up from here.
For how shall it be known that I have found favor in your sight, I and your people? Is it not in your going with us, so that we are distinct, I and your people, from every other people on the face of the earth?" And the LORD said to Moses, "This very thing that you have spoken I will do, for you have found favor in my sight, and I know you by name." Moses said, "Please show me your glory." And he said, "I will make all my goodness pass before you and will proclaim before you my name 'The LORD.' And I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show mercy on whom I will show mercy. But," he said, "you cannot see my face, for man shall not see me and live." And the LORD said, "Behold, there is a place by me where you shall stand on the rock and while my glory passes by I will put you in a cleft of the rock, and I will cover you with my hand until I have passed by. Then I will take away my hand, and you shall see my back, but my face shall not be seen."
