+------------The Wrath Of My Love For Taylor Swft; The Purification Of Music

MTV, you perverted purveyors
of “music,” tax collectors and money
changers profaning pure art, cloth bags
of melodic distortion full of children’s
shekels. You’ve hitched the purse strings
of the industry to your belts for selfish gain!
Doves in cages cawing and defeathering,
oxen with eyes glazed over hunched
against stone walls are your corrupted
intentions to defraud Taylor Swift
of a Video Music Award, while
recognizing lesser rhapsodic talent as
greater. And my love for her is a whip
of cords cracked on your back,
tables of your inflated egos overturned
while the masses scream! You
don’t deserve this Sacred Temple of
Musical Interpretation, its pure altars
and lampstands of harmonious
inspiration. Come back when songs
and singing are more than just commerce.

-----------------Matthew 21:12-16/ John 2:13-17
Jesus entered the temple courts and drove out all who were buying and selling there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the benches of those selling doves. “It is written,” he said to them, “‘My house will be called a house of prayer,’ but you are making it ‘a den of robbers.’” The blind and the lame came to him at the temple, and he healed them. But when the chief priests and the teachers of the law saw the wonderful things he did and the children shouting in the temple courts, “Hosanna to the Son of David,” they were indignant. “Do you hear what these children are saying?” they asked him. “Yes,” replied Jesus, “have you never read, “‘From the lips of children and infants you, Lord, have called forth your praise’?”/ When it was almost time for the Jewish Passover, Jesus went up to Jerusalem. In the temple courts he found people selling cattle, sheep and doves, and others sitting at tables exchanging money. So he made a whip out of cords, and drove all from the temple courts, both sheep and cattle; he scattered the coins of the money changers and overturned their tables. To those who sold doves he said, “Get these out of here! Stop turning my Father’s house into a market!” His disciples remembered that it is written: “Zeal for your house will consume me.”
