+--------The Beatitudes Of John Wall

John, Maryland, DC, Virginia
full of Galileans: a threadbare-
robed, frayed-sandal, congregation
of losing-season-enslaved Wizards
fans pining for a championship,
stooped on anxiety hillsides;
soul ears perked for words
consoling. For salvation
prophesied from the
Cleveland Cavs– cruel, tyrannical
empire of Rome. (Lebron James,
Tiberius Caesar). And your PPG
is joy to the poor in spirit. To those who
mourn, the meek, the righteous-hungry,
your assists conjure giddiness.
The merciful love your dunks, the
pure of heart, peacemakers, persecuted
your passion. When you get your ring
…like the promise to “Israel” grateful:
“BLESSED ARE YOU...[all]”

------Matthew 5:1-12
Now when Jesus saw the crowds, he went up on a mountainside and sat down. His disciples came to him, and he began to teach them.

The Beatitudes
He said:

“Blessed are the poor in spirit,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
 Blessed are those who mourn,
    for they will be comforted.
 Blessed are the meek,
for they will inherit the earth.
Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness,
    for they will be filled.
 Blessed are the merciful,
for they will be shown mercy.
Blessed are the pure in heart,
    for they will see God.
 Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they will be called children of God.
Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
“Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

+--------Taylor Swift's Words, Tony Conti's Heart's Withered Hand Made Whole

Oh Taylor my heart's a
Galilean man, his robe’s
right sleeve rolled up only, filled
with dread, fist of dating
expectation trembling, clenched so
tightly at length as to become
dystrophy of emotions. When I
try to hold romance’s hope
with two good hands I cant, girls’
rejections bind fingers, my dreams
slip, shatter as shards strewn, like a
basket full of grains scattered on
the lovelorn ground. Oh but babes
thoughts of you with me at Starbucks,
a synagogue of anticipation. Your
flowing blonde hair like prophecy of
ages fulfilled before my eyes, your blue
eyes celestial edicts. If you kissed me…
over steam of green tea rising – it’d be
word-balm: “stretch out your hand.”
Your whispers “Tony, be mine…” my
withered hand fully fleshed. I’d put
your hair behind your ear…gently.

-----Matthew 12:9-14
Going on from that place, he went into their synagogue, and a man with a shriveled hand was there. Looking for a reason to bring charges against Jesus, they asked him, “Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath?” He said to them, “If any of you has a sheep and it falls into a pit on the Sabbath, will you not take hold of it and lift it out? How much more valuable is a person than a sheep! Therefore it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath.” Then he said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” So he stretched it out and it was completely restored, just as sound as the other. But the Pharisees went out and plotted how they might kill Jesus.

Water

+--------Water; Peter's Thoughts Before Stepping Out The Boat Towards Jesus
Before we met…adversity:
waves unwieldy, impossible.
My life a bottomless sea uncertain,
my ambitions a wooden vessel adrift
…with thoughts like other men
astray too, entrenched in angst. Entangled
in fishing nets of past failure. But now
this: no confines, limitations.
Water is like dry land. Belief like
walking. Joy like smiling at a
Wondrous Man beckoning: “Come.”
“Let go of all your fears.” "Live." "Win."

------Matthew 14:25-33
Shortly before dawn Jesus went out to them, walking on the lake. When the disciples saw him walking on the lake, they were terrified. “It’s a ghost,” they said, and cried out in fear. But Jesus immediately said to them: “Take courage! It is I. Don’t be afraid.” “Lord, if it’s you,” Peter replied, “tell me to come to you on the water.” “Come,” he said. Then Peter got down out of the boat, walked on the water and came toward Jesus. But when he saw the wind, he was afraid and, beginning to sink, cried out, “Lord, save me!” Immediately Jesus reached out his hand and caught him. “You of little faith,” he said, “why did you doubt?” And when they climbed into the boat, the wind died down. Then those who were in the boat worshiped him, saying, “Truly you are the Son of God.”

The Peoples' Turban

* Jesus pray for me
* Moses, Aaron pray for me

+-----------The Peoples' Turban; Aaron's Thoughts As He Entered The Holy Of Holies To Make
Atonement

I remember the night gazes at my
sullen visage in the Nile’s tides,
before Moses came back. The
stars my urge for justice gleaming,
my malcontent at Pharaoh’s
governance... the moon exposing faces
of the Sphinxes scowling (at our
mistreatment), beckoning their gods for
equality: For the whip-scabs on Hebrew
backs to have time for full healing. And now
this: my Holy Linen Turban. Hot coals in
hand, the sweet smell of incense smoldering.
This is what I’ve always wanted…certainty;
to pull back the drapes of Mystery’s curtain
past the plumes of smoke, fingers dipped
in blood of an intractable bull of adversity.
To stand next to God and whisper
“Save us Lord. Keep us safe forever.”

----------------Leviticus 16:2-28
The Lord said to Moses: “Tell your brother Aaron that he is not to come whenever he chooses into the Most Holy Place behind the curtain in front of the atonement cover on the ark, or else he will die. For I will appear in the cloud over the atonement cover. “This is how Aaron is to enter the Most Holy Place: He must first bring a young bull for a sin offering and a ram for a burnt offering. He is to put on the sacred linen tunic, with linen undergarments next to his body; he is to tie the linen sash around him and put on the linen turban. These are sacred garments; so he must bathe himself with water before he puts them on. From the Israelite community he is to take two male goats for a sin offering and a ram for a burnt offering. “Aaron is to offer the bull for his own sin offering to make atonement for himself and his household. Then he is to take the two goats and present them before the Lord at the entrance to the tent of meeting.  He is to cast lots for the two goats—one lot for the Lord and the other for the scapegoat. Aaron shall bring the goat whose lot falls to the Lord and sacrifice it for a sin offering. But the goat chosen by lot as the scapegoat shall be presented alive before the Lord to be used for making atonement by sending it into the wilderness as a scapegoat. “Aaron shall bring the bull for his own sin offering to make atonement for himself and his household, and he is to slaughter the bull for his own sin offering. He is to take a censer full of burning coals from the altar before the Lord and two handfuls of finely ground fragrant incense and take them behind the curtain. He is to put the incense on the fire before the Lord, and the smoke of the incense will conceal the atonement cover above the tablets of the covenant law, so that he will not die. He is to take some of the bull’s blood and with his finger sprinkle it on the front of the atonement cover; then he shall sprinkle some of it with his finger seven times before the atonement cover. “He shall then slaughter the goat for the sin offering for the people and take its blood behind the curtain and do with it as he did with the bull’s blood: He shall sprinkle it on the atonement cover and in front of it. In this way he will make atonement for the Most Holy Place because of the uncleanness and rebellion of the Israelites, whatever their sins have been. He is to do the same for the tent of meeting, which is among them in the midst of their uncleanness.  No one is to be in the tent of meeting from the time Aaron goes in to make atonement in the Most Holy Place until he comes out, having made atonement for himself, his household and the whole community of Israel. “Then he shall come out to the altar that is before the Lord and make atonement for it. He shall take some of the bull’s blood and some of the goat’s blood and put it on all the horns of the altar. He shall sprinkle some of the blood on it with his finger seven times to cleanse it and to consecrate it from the uncleanness of the Israelites. “When Aaron has finished making atonement for the Most Holy Place, the tent of meeting and the altar, he shall bring forward the live goat. He is to lay both hands on the head of the live goat and confess over it all the wickedness and rebellion of the Israelites—all their sins—and put them on the goat’s head. He shall send the goat away into the wilderness in the care of someone appointed for the task. The goat will carry on itself all their sins to a remote place; and the man shall release it in the wilderness. “Then Aaron is to go into the tent of meeting and take off the linen garments he put on before he entered the Most Holy Place, and he is to leave them there. He shall bathe himself with water in the sanctuary area and put on his regular garments. Then he shall come out and sacrifice the burnt offering for himself and the burnt offering for the people, to make atonement for himself and for the people. He shall also burn the fat of the sin offering on the altar. “The man who releases the goat as a scapegoat must wash his clothes and bathe himself with water; afterward he may come into the camp. The bull and the goat for the sin offerings, whose blood was brought into the Most Holy Place to make atonement, must be taken outside the camp; their hides, flesh and intestines are to be burned up. The man who burns them must wash his clothes and bathe himself with water; afterward he may come into the camp.

What Is Truth?

+-----------"What Is Truth?; Pontius Pilate's Enquiry to Jesus Before His Condemnation"

When I close my eyes to sleep….
I think of the final recriminations
between Brutus and Caesar
at night before the coup, visions of
patriotism, seer notions juxtaposed –
two wolves famished, standing
oppositely over a fawn carcass eyes
too bloodshot to reason. The…
squabbling amongst gods
in the Pantheon; Barbarous peasants
foolhardy of enslaved nations hurling
stones raging at marching Roman
Legions consummately trained.
Plato questions reality, says
all is Form. And now your own people
shout deity-guilt above your
silence on a fate crucified. Tell me,
who knows good from evil anymore?

----------------John 18:28-40
Then the Jewish leaders took Jesus from Caiaphas to the palace of the Roman governor. By now it was early morning, and to avoid ceremonial uncleanness they did not enter the palace, because they wanted to be able to eat the Passover. So Pilate came out to them and asked, “What charges are you bringing against this man?” “If he were not a criminal,” they replied, “we would not have handed him over to you.” Pilate said, “Take him yourselves and judge him by your own law.” “But we have no right to execute anyone,” they objected. This took place to fulfill what Jesus had said about the kind of death he was going to die. Pilate then went back inside the palace, summoned Jesus and asked him, “Are you the king of the Jews?” “Is that your own idea,” Jesus asked, “or did others talk to you about me?” “Am I a Jew?” Pilate replied. “Your own people and chief priests handed you over to me. What is it you have done?” Jesus said, “My kingdom is not of this world. If it were, my servants would fight to prevent my arrest by the Jewish leaders. But now my kingdom is from another place.” “You are a king, then!” said Pilate. Jesus answered, “You say that I am a king. In fact, the reason I was born and came into the world is to testify to the truth. Everyone on the side of truth listens to me.” “What is truth?” retorted Pilate. With this he went out again to the Jews gathered there and said, “I find no basis for a charge against him. But it is your custom for me to release to you one prisoner at the time of the Passover. Do you want me to release ‘the king of the Jews’?” They shouted back, “No, not him! Give us Barabbas!” Now Barabbas had taken part in an uprising.

+-----------The Fate Of Man And Beasts; Jesus Words To His Disciples In Gethsemane

What separates man from
beasts? but that beasts sense
things we cannot; Weaknesses of
our heart as scents in night winds,
extrasensory perceptions of death
on different planes cunning…
through whiskers intuited. Like
angel insight. Haloed.

And that’s why wolves howl
when my sweat falls like
blood to soil. They know
too, what God knows...without
asking- that this will be my last
night in the Garden of Olives.

----------------Matthew 26:36-46
Then Jesus went with his disciples to a place called Gethsemane, and he said to them, “Sit here while I go over there and pray.” He took Peter and the two sons of Zebedee along with him, and he began to be sorrowful and troubled. Then he said to them, “My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with me.” Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, “My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will.” Then he returned to his disciples and found them sleeping. “Couldn’t you men keep watch with me for one hour?” he asked Peter. “Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.” He went away a second time and prayed, “My Father, if it is not possible for this cup to be taken away unless I drink it, may your will be done.” When he came back, he again found them sleeping, because their eyes were heavy. So he left them and went away once more and prayed the third time, saying the same thing. Then he returned to the disciples and said to them, “Are you still sleeping and resting? Look, the hour has come, and the Son of Man is delivered into the hands of sinners. Rise! Let us go! Here comes my betrayer!”

+--------My Turn; The Thoughts Of Joshua In The Tent Of Meeting Alone After Moses Leaves

I first heard it softly as a child
while sleeping. Always its
recurring reverberations as Moses
takes hammer, nail...pitches
Tent. Soft inflections intensifying
after he leaves like angel echoes;
like the sound of two thick ethereal
clouds descending arm-locked
twirling a divine dance around us,
whisking past the 12 tribes then
resting above - The chilling words:
“YOURE NEXT.” As if God is
prepping me for the momentous
without Moses. Then choral chants.
“Do not be afraid, do not be afraid.”

------Exodus 33:7-11
Moses used to take the Tent and pitch it outside the camp, at some distance from the camp. He called it the Tent of Meeting. Anyone who had to consult the Lord would go out to the Tent of Meeting, outside the camp. Whenever Moses went out to the Tent, all the people would rise. Every man would stand at the door of his tent and watch Moses until he reached the Tent; the pillar of cloud would come down and station itself at the entrance to the Tent, and the Lord would speak with Moses. When they saw the pillar of cloud stationed at the entrance to the Tent, all the people would rise and bow low, each at the door of his tent. The Lord would speak with Moses face to face, as a man speaks with his friend. Then Moses would turn back to the camp, but the young man who was his servant, Joshua son of Nun, would not leave the Tent.

The Golden Calf Of Tony Conti's Singleness Burned, A Defense Of His Love For Taylor Swift #TaylorDateTony

+--------The Golden Calf Of Tony Conti's Singleness Burned, A Defense Of His Love For
Taylor Swift

Taylor, my singleness is a frenetic,
feverish mob freed from Pharaoh,
idolatrous ingrates. They assail the
dreams laying in my heart
(of dating), Moses atop joy's Mount
enveloped in magnanimous hope
as a thick expansive cumulous cloud
…listening to your songs like
Ten Commandments of harmonious
Divine Will miraculously verbal.
Oh the beauty of your blue eyes
like angels’ diamonds in Eden’s
mines ethereal! Babes, if you
took me to Starbucks it’d be echoes
of callous revelry stirring wrath
of the Prophet in dashing descent;
Two tablets of stone inscribed with
laws preventing girls’ dating rejection
hurled and split at the base, shards
of stone slicing heartbreakers’ toes of
loneliness. Your soft lipped kiss their
Giant Golden Calf burned into bitter
powder -forced down throats of my
life without a #Bae. (Baal of emotions).

------Exodus 32:1-24
When the people saw that Moses was so long in coming down from the mountain, they gathered around Aaron and said, “Come, make us gods who will go before us. As for this fellow Moses who brought us up out of Egypt, we don’t know what has happened to him.”
Aaron answered them, “Take off the gold earrings that your wives, your sons and your daughters are wearing, and bring them to me.” So all the people took off their earrings and brought them to Aaron. He took what they handed him and made it into an idol cast in the shape of a calf, fashioning it with a tool. Then they said, “These are your gods, Israel, who brought you up out of Egypt.” When Aaron saw this, he built an altar in front of the calf and announced, “Tomorrow there will be a festival to the Lord.” So the next day the people rose early and sacrificed burnt offerings and presented fellowship offerings. Afterward they sat down to eat and drink and got up to indulge in revelry. Then the Lord said to Moses, “Go down, because your people, whom you brought up out of Egypt, have become corrupt. They have been quick to turn away from what I commanded them and have made themselves an idol cast in the shape of a calf. They have bowed down to it and sacrificed to it and have said, ‘These are your gods, Israel, who brought you up out of Egypt.’ “I have seen these people,” the Lord said to Moses, “and they are a stiff-necked people. Now leave me alone so that my anger may burn against them and that I may destroy them. Then I will make you into a great nation.” But Moses sought the favor of the Lord his God. “Lord,” he said, “why should your anger burn against your people, whom you brought out of Egypt with great power and a mighty hand? Why should the Egyptians say, ‘It was with evil intent that he brought them out, to kill them in the mountains and to wipe them off the face of the earth’? Turn from your fierce anger; relent and do not bring disaster on your people. Remember your servants Abraham, Isaac and Israel, to whom you swore by your own self: ‘I will make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and I will give your descendants all this land I promised them, and it will be their inheritance forever.’” Then the Lord relented and did not bring on his people the disaster he had threatened. Moses turned and went down the mountain with the two tablets of the covenant law in his hands. They were inscribed on both sides, front and back. The tablets were the work of God; the writing was the writing of God, engraved on the tablets. When Joshua heard the noise of the people shouting, he said to Moses, “There is the sound of war in the camp.”
Moses replied:
“It is not the sound of victory,
    it is not the sound of defeat;
it is the sound of singing that I hear.”
When Moses approached the camp and saw the calf and the dancing, his anger burned and he threw the tablets out of his hands, breaking them to pieces at the foot of the mountain. And he took the calf the people had made and burned it in the fire; then he ground it to powder, scattered it on the water and made the Israelites drink it. He said to Aaron, “What did these people do to you, that you led them into such great sin?” “Do not be angry, my lord,” Aaron answered. “You know how prone these people are to evil. They said to me, ‘Make us gods who will go before us. As for this fellow Moses who brought us up out of Egypt, we don’t know what has happened to him.’ So I told them, ‘Whoever has any gold jewelry, take it off.’ Then they gave me the gold, and I threw it into the fire, and out came this calf!”

No deposed King’s garrison can
guard against grave guilt, no
lecherous pagan despot from
an adjacent newly acquired land
scarred in a losing battle, bleeding,
pleading for his life, ceding
control of his kingdom's opulence
can comfort. No new queen, no new
harlot, new womb with new boy, girl
can assuage my fears, dispel
hauntings nightly – white phantoms
with red eyes whispering like soul-
shrieks “Saul…we know, we know
you.” Please…God’s forsaking too
much to bear: Witch! beseech
me help from the other side. Let
the dead counsel the dead...please.

------1 Samuel 28:7-11
Saul then said to his attendants, “Find me a woman who is a medium, so I may go and inquire of her.” “There is one in Endor,” they said. So Saul disguised himself, putting on other clothes, and at night he and two men went to the woman. “Consult a spirit for me,” he said, “and bring up for me the one I name.” But the woman said to him, “Surely you know what Saul has done. He has cut off the mediums and spiritists from the land. Why have you set a trap for my life to bring about my death?” Saul swore to her by the Lord, “As surely as the Lord lives, you will not be punished for this.” Then the woman asked, “Whom shall I bring up for you?”
“Bring up Samuel,” he said.

Maybe it was my Mom, her
tone like elegies of the striven,
her narrative of every oppressor
the Jews’ have had’s
schadenfreude. The smirk of
the snake dangling in Eden, fragrant
fruit glistening in winds seductive,
the scoffing sneer of Pharaoh
before Moses, headdress drooping
like an angel just fallen. Maybe
it was Plato’s allegory of the Cave
…recited by lips of learned Roman
boys in gorgeous tunic (and bulla),
and Hebrew boys in bare feet,
tattered rag-robes. No Satan, you
can’t really offer me this world…
just a Form of the new lasting One
to come. I don’t want it. Im here
to save its soul then watch it burn.

------Matthew 4:8-11
Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor. “All this I will give you,” he said, “if you will bow down and worship me.” Jesus said to him, “Away from me, Satan! For it is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.’” Then the devil left him, and angels came and attended him.

But when she could hide him no longer, she got a papyrus basket[a] for him and coated it with tar and pitch. Then she placed the child in it and put it among the reeds along the bank of the Nile. His sister stood at a distance to see what would happen to him. Then Pharaoh’s daughter went down to the Nile to bathe, and her attendants were walking along the riverbank. She saw the basket among the reeds and sent her female slave to get it. She opened it and saw the baby. He was crying, and she felt sorry for him. “This is one of the Hebrew babies,” she said. Then his sister asked Pharaoh’s daughter, “Shall I go and get one of the Hebrew women to nurse the baby for you?” “Yes, go,” she answered. So the girl went and got the baby’s mother. Pharaoh’s daughter said to her, “Take this baby and nurse him for me, and I will pay you.” So the woman took the baby and nursed him. When the child grew older, she took him to Pharaoh’s daughter and he became her son. She named him Moses, saying, “I drew him out of the water.”

+------The 3 Wise Men Of Tony Conti's Love For Taylor Swift
Oh Taylor my tripartite romantic
soul! My faith, hope, love,
3 Magi wandering (from
the East of singleness) a
draconian empire of dejection -
Rome: eschatological Beast of
Nations, Caesarian common
cruelty of girls’ dating denials –
seeking a bae like prophecy. And you
are joy's “king of the Jews”: Savior
of my deepest longing - tall, blonde,
blue-eyed beautiful; an angel
without wings really, sleeping in
a manger of femininity’s perfection,
divinity wrapped in swaddling robes
Virgin born. If you took me to Starbucks,
a star of bliss in my heart’s skies
glum…green tea leading the way to
your soft lips to kiss, my desire for you
gold, frankincense, myrrh.
Our haters are King Herod indignant.

------Matthew 2:1-12
After Jesus was born in Bethlehem in Judea, during the time of King Herod, Magi from the east came to Jerusalem and asked, “Where is the one who has been born king of the Jews? We saw his star when it rose and have come to worship him.” When King Herod heard this he was disturbed, and all Jerusalem with him. When he had called together all the people’s chief priests and teachers of the law, he asked them where the Messiah was to be born. “In Bethlehem in Judea,” they replied, “for this is what the prophet has written:
“‘But you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah,
    are by no means least among the rulers of Judah;
for out of you will come a ruler
who will shepherd my people Israel.’”
Then Herod called the Magi secretly and found out from them the exact time the star had appeared. He sent them to Bethlehem and said, “Go and search carefully for the child. As soon as you find him, report to me, so that I too may go and worship him.” After they had heard the king, they went on their way, and the star they had seen when it rose went ahead of them until it stopped over the place where the child was. When they saw the star, they were overjoyed. On coming to the house, they saw the child with his mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him. Then they opened their treasures and presented him with gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh. And having been warned in a dream not to go back to Herod, they returned to their country by another route.

+------Twelve Great Stones; The Thoughts Of  Joshua After Crossing The Jordan

Tonight, the cold moon charges
our memory to permit night
zephyrs caress our faces,
eyes closed; To stand still in
the deepest nadirs of the Jordan
with choicest of stones in hand
and conjure Egyptian tyrannical
episodes: heckling-fist tandems,
infanticide, flayed flesh on bone
-whip tips (the pools of blood
mixed with our stool). For this
is the last luminescent dark
before the dawn…when light of
the sun in Canaan shines on us,
the warm Promises of Abram like
morn birds chirping. To build a
12 stone altar that shouts “Our
God is Greater!!!” than all evil.

------Joshua 4:1-9
When the whole nation had finished crossing the Jordan, the Lord said to Joshua, “Choose twelve men from among the people, one from each tribe, and tell them to take up twelve stones from the middle of the Jordan, from right where the priests are standing, and carry them over with you and put them down at the place where you stay tonight.” So Joshua called together the twelve men he had appointed from the Israelites, one from each tribe, and said to them, “Go over before the ark of the Lord your God into the middle of the Jordan. Each of you is to take up a stone on his shoulder, according to the number of the tribes of the Israelites, to serve as a sign among you. In the future, when your children ask you, ‘What do these stones mean?’ tell them that the flow of the Jordan was cut off before the ark of the covenant of the Lord. When it crossed the Jordan, the waters of the Jordan were cut off. These stones are to be a memorial to the people of Israel forever.” So the Israelites did as Joshua commanded them. They took twelve stones from the middle of the Jordan, according to the number of the tribes of the Israelites, as the Lord had told Joshua; and they carried them over with them to their camp, where they put them down. Joshua set up the twelve stones that had been in the middle of the Jordan at the spot where the priests who carried the ark of the covenant had stood. And they are there to this day.

Into the darkness you shine out of the ashes we rise there's no one like you none like You!
Our God is greater, our God is stronger, God you are higher than any other.
Our God is Healer, Awesome in Power, Our God! Our God!

Into the darkness you shine, out of the ashes we rise there's no one like you, none like You!
Our God is greater, our God is stronger, God you are higher than any other.
Our God is Healer, Awesome in Power, Our God! Our God!
Our God is greater, our God is stronger, God you are higher than any other.
Our God is Healer, Awesome in Power, Our God! Our God!

And if our God is for us, then who could ever stop us?
And if our God is with us, then what could stand against?
And if our God is for us, then who could ever stop us?
And if our God is with us, then what could stand against?
Then what could stand against?

Our God is greater, our God is stronger, God you are higher than any other.
Our God is Healer, Awesome in Power, Our God! Our God!
Our God is greater, our God is stronger, God you are higher than any other.
Our God is Healer, Awesome in Power, Our God! Our God!
And if our God is for us, then who could ever stop us?
And if our God is with us, then what could stand against?
And if our God is for us, then who could ever stop us?
And if our God is with us, then what could stand against?
Then what could stand against?

Our God is greater, our God is stronger, God you are higher than any other.
Our God is Healer, Awesome in Power, Our God! Our God!
Our God is greater, our God is stronger, God you are higher than any other.
Our God is Healer, Awesome in Power, Our God! Our God!

+--------Behold The Woman!!!; Taylor Swift's Disclosure Of Love's Truth To Tony Conti

Taylor, my heart’s lingering
longing for love is Governor
of Judea with shaven head,
Zeus tattoo on his back engraved
(protesting Rome’s gods of dating),
deep scar of dejection tracing
the width of his cheek-a hardened
demeanor of apathy after enduring
wars, civil uprisings, seditions of
callous rejection by girls. And I imagine
you standing before me, poised
in my soul’s vestibule of discernment.
Tall, beautiful and blonde: eyes as
blue as Elysium’s coastal waters…your
lips divine messengers harboring
Savior secrets of Romantic Truth. I’d
ask you to Starbucks…beg over green
teas’ steam “WHAT IS (LOVERS')
TRUTH?” We’d kiss softly. I’d
promise to never crucify you, to give
Barabbas to the mobs; The pain and
regret of not knowing you years ago.

------John 18:28-39
Do you want me to release ‘the king of the Jews’?”

+------The Price Of Freedom; Judas's Thoughts After Betraying Jesus

When I was a boy I was Brutus
smirking at his blade;
I reveled at recitations of the
death of Julius Caesar, the
Angel clenching his flaming
sword in Eden, glaring in disgust
at Adam, Eve fallen.
I knew then what I know now- no
price is too steep, no act too
trivial, too moral to preserve The
Ideal. These 30 silver pieces to rid
Jerusalem of a Fraud. In his stead
may God Bless the true Savior
yet to come.To birth a great nation.

------Matthew 26:14-16
Then one of the Twelve—the one called Judas Iscariot—went to the chief priests and asked, “What are you willing to give me if I deliver him over to you?” So they counted out for him thirty pieces of silver. From then on Judas watched for an opportunity to hand him over.

+------The Cave of Machpelah; Isaac's Words To Ishmael After Abraham's Burial

And who is our father now?
The sun. Who is our mother
…the moon, the cracked earth
we stand on brittle and barren
from sun scorched winds of time
lost between brothers of God’s Blessing…
estranged. And these sunken
eyes shout of a soul scarred, don’t
they? Can you hear echoes of nightmares
in my furrowed brow of your mother
screaming terrified, shrills of starving,
after my mother expelled you? Yet
in the end always I knew I'd find you here:
the cave that recalls a destiny-bond
-Abraham our father…source of
infinite blessing for the entire world.
Here in a cave, let us not forget that
the universe is in our blood. And this
blood....is forever thicker than water.

------Genesis 25:1-11
Abraham had taken another wife, whose name was Keturah. She bore him Zimran, Jokshan, Medan, Midian, Ishbak and Shuah. Jokshan was the father of Sheba and Dedan; the descendants of Dedan were the Ashurites, the Letushites and the Leummites. The sons of Midian were Ephah, Epher, Hanok, Abida and Eldaah. All these were descendants of Keturah. Abraham left everything he owned to Isaac. But while he was still living, he gave gifts to the sons of his concubines and sent them away from his son Isaac to the land of the east. Abraham lived a hundred and seventy-five years. Then Abraham breathed his last and died at a good old age, an old man and full of years; and he was gathered to his people. His sons Isaac and Ishmael buried him in the cave of Machpelah near Mamre, in the field of Ephron son of Zohar the Hittite, the field Abraham had bought from the Hittites. There Abraham was buried with his wife Sarah. After Abraham’s death, God blessed his son Isaac, who then lived near Beer Lahai Roi.

Dear World

* Spirit Of Jesus pray for me
* Moses pray for me
* Saints pray for me

+--------Dear World; (OUR) NEW WORLD ORDER  (OF LINGUISTICS)

At first we didn’t need to
talk to one another we
just knew. Cohesion our
language, the way two lovers
stare united at each other for a kiss,
briefly lost in time, in slight simpers.
But now our tongues are distinct,
our minds can’t colonize the same
space. Like we walk oppositely,
to contrary ends of a flat, stern,
cursed earth. Antediluvian notions
of us, of community: architecture of
jargon – an epic tower of unfinished
grandeur we left behind dusty,
on joy-scaffolds in a haste of sudden
awkward silence. When I think of you
I think of Babel, our fond memories
a city I pray we revisit  soon.

------Genesis 11
Now the whole world had one language and a common speech. As people moved eastward, they found a plain in Shinar and settled there. They said to each other, “Come, let’s make bricks and bake them thoroughly.” They used brick instead of stone, and tar for mortar. Then they said, “Come, let us build ourselves a city, with a tower that reaches to the heavens, so that we may make a name for ourselves; otherwise we will be scattered over the face of the whole earth.” But the Lord came down to see the city and the tower the people were building. The Lord said, “If as one people speaking the same language they have begun to do this, then nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them. Come, let us go down and confuse their language so they will not understand each other.” So the Lord scattered them from there over all the earth, and they stopped building the city. That is why it was called Babel —because there the Lord confused the language of the whole world. From there the Lord scattered them over the face of the whole earth.

Taylor Swift's Propitiation For Tony Conti's Dateless Death Sentence #TaylorDateTony

+--------Taylor Swift's Propitiation For Tony Conti's Dateless Death Sentence

Oh Taylor, my heart- a criminal
of lonely sedition, full of unrequited
lovers’ remonstrance, chained,
confidence like lesioned
skin…wrists flayed from tight
rusted shackles of dating denials.
Embarrassed before throngs. Branded
a romantic dissident
by normal standards of
spouses, relationships, kids
(Pontius Pilate with shaved head,
Zeus tattoo, callous words of a
death sentence –“forever single!!!”
His hard heart unassailable).
But babes, you’re my salvation- my
soul’s hope, Virgin born, tall Galilean
with blue-eye-magic, entrancing hair
of gold…lips as soft as every man’s
divine prophecy of joy consummated.
If you took me to Starbucks, green tea
poured like a commutation. Your kiss
would be the most charming substitution-
your smile for my despair, your innocent
fingertips tracing my face like freedom,
second chances. My liberated heart,
your kindness as the ultimate sacrifice…

------Mark 15:1-15
Very early in the morning, the chief priests, with the elders, the teachers of the law and the whole Sanhedrin, made their plans. So they bound Jesus, led him away and handed him over to Pilate. “Are you the king of the Jews?” asked Pilate. “You have said so,” Jesus replied. The chief priests accused him of many things.  So again Pilate asked him, “Aren’t you going to answer? See how many things they are accusing you of.” But Jesus still made no reply, and Pilate was amazed. Now it was the custom at the festival to release a prisoner whom the people requested. A man called Barabbas was in prison with the insurrectionists who had committed murder in the uprising. The crowd came up and asked Pilate to do for them what he usually did. “Do you want me to release to you the king of the Jews?” asked Pilate,  knowing it was out of self-interest that the chief priests had handed Jesus over to him. But the chief priests stirred up the crowd to have Pilate release Barabbas instead. “What shall I do, then, with the one you call the king of the Jews?” Pilate asked them. “Crucify him!” they shouted. “Why? What crime has he committed?” asked Pilate. But they shouted all the louder, “Crucify him!” Wanting to satisfy the crowd, Pilate released Barabbas to them. He had Jesus flogged, and handed him over to be crucified.
