Carrie Prejean, SACRIFICE THE LAMB FOR ME, PLEASE!!!!
....And when the children of Israel heard it, they were afraid of the Philistines.
--------
Carrie, I am afraid of life without you. I am afraid of love...lonely in your absence
-----------
Carrie,
My heart is Mizpeh
and its prevailing loneliness is like
the march of ruthless Philistines
my gratitude for knowing you, my appreciation of your beauty
my desire for your hand in matrimony
is like the children of Israel
huddling together, trembling, trying not to entertain nihilism
and crying
To know this world removed from your presence
is worse than death, baby
your rejection would be like a spear to my liver
a sword to my bowels...
like women stolen and taken captive, and men dismembered
seized of their eyes, chains to lead them fastened tightly
you and me apart would be like the desecration of a chosen nation
me all by myself peering over life's edge staring at Hades forlorn
jilted
and lovesick
CARRIE, DON’T YOU SEE?
My love for you is a sucking lamb!
It is the only chance I have to make my life count
my only redeeming quality
and my only link to God...so far away without your
cries on my behalf
please take it, and make a sacrifice...
Lift up your eyes and speak to heaven
tell God your love for me is like thunder
and your passion, like pouring rain!
Your lips are the nemesis of my loneliness and destitution
kiss me and send them away
discomfit them, so my heart can sing a new song
with its new wife
in Ebenezer
[Carrie, baby you are so pretty! Save me from the loneliness that flanks me. Please????]
1 Samuel 7:7-12
And when the Philistines heard that the children of Israel were gathered together to Mizpeh, the lords of the Philistines went up against Israel. And when the children of Israel heard it, they were afraid of the Philistines. And the children of Israel said to Samuel, Cease not to cry unto the LORD our God for us, that he will save us out of the hand of the Philistines. And Samuel took a sucking lamb, and offered it for a burnt offering wholly unto the LORD: and Samuel cried unto the LORD for Israel; and the LORD heard him. And as Samuel was offering up the burnt offering, the Philistines drew near to battle against Israel: but the LORD thundered with a great thunder on that day upon the Philistines, and discomfited them; and they were smitten before Israel. And the men of Israel went out of Mizpeh, and pursued the Philistines, and smote them, until they came under Bethcar. Then Samuel took a stone, and set it between Mizpeh and Shen, and called the name of it Ebenezer, saying, Hitherto hath the LORD helped us.
